For Chellsea and Chris’s engagement photos we chose Boulevard Lake. It’s a great location as it has an infinite amount of places to stop and take photos. The weather was somewhat windy and over cast but this kind of weather is actually ideal for photos. (well minus the wind).

The last wedding of the summer was my second one in a row at Crystal Beach, a small waterfront cottage community just outside of Thunder Bay. Friends of the family let Erica and Stephen use their house and and enormous backyard for the ceremony. It’s been a very busy summer for weddings, but I was anxious as ever to photograph a small wedding at Crystal Beach. It was another amazing venue. The ceremony took place right on the rocks by the lake. After a 10 minute walk down the dirt road, everyone eventually found a place on the rocks. It was then Jessica’s turn to make her entrance with her father. Holding hands, they slowly made their way to the crowd and to her future husband, Billy.
