Jenna + Mark Wedding - Bight Restaurant + Bar
My last wedding of the year couldn’t have been spent with a better couple. Jenna and Mark’s wedding day was full of amazing moments. I was so happy they invited me to capture some of it.

The ceremony was at St. Patricks Cathedral which is definitely one of my favourite churches in the city. It was then off to Bight Restaurant + Bar down at the Marina. Since the weather was so nice, we took a few minutes to get some beautiful portraits before the reception officially started.
Once the night got rolling, it went by extremely fast. I managed to get a lot of great candid moments throughout. I still can’t believe my wedding season is officially over. I’m already looking forward to 2024!

U11 Neebing Wildhawks Hockey Session - Neebing Arena
One of my recent hockey session was with the U11 Neebing Wildhawks. As always we did some locker room portraits first, followed by the team photo and then some action shots on the ice. It always amazes me how well these young kids can play!

As I mentioned in my previous post, the two Neebing Hawks teams practiced back to back, and along with player and team portraits, they wanted me to capture them using the Power Edge Pro training equipment. It was a lot of fun!

Krista + Joshua Wedding
One of my last weddings of the year was in the country and the weather was absolutely perfect. Krista and Joshua’s wedding was a small intimate affair with their closest friends and family. The ceremony itself took place outside with an amazing backdrop. One of the highlights for me were Krista’s two dogs wandering around and being a part of the ceremony. So very cute.

Once the ceremony was over, everyone just enjoyed themselves. There was croquet, horseshoes, jenga and a few other nice moments. All in all, it was a very laid back wedding.
The reception was just as fun too. It obviously took place inside. From the amazing food, to the moving speeches and ending with some dancing, the whole day was one to remember. I’m so happy Krista and Joshua chose me to spend a day with them and their family and friends.
Kaylee + Carter Portrait Session - Centennial Park
Kaylee + Carter are two beautiful kids that I have been capturing every year for over 7 years now. Each time is even more fun than the last. The snow at Centennial Park started falling just in time too. So the weather was perfect!

Eden + Chris Family Session
Eden + Chris are another family that I have been photographing for a very long time. I really can’t put into words how fun it is to capture memorable moments each year. Especially at their property in the country which is always an adventure.

Queens U11 Outdoor Hockey Session - Balsam Pit
I absolutely love the hockey sessions in the rink, and they of course make the most sense. Sometimes though, the kids need to get outside for a change of scenery. That was the case with the Queens U11 team. We gathered everyone up at my old childhood stomping ground, Balsam Pit. Even though it was a baseball diamond, it worked perfectly, and the girls (and me) had a blast. I just love how the photos turned out.

I’m very much looking forward to Cassandra and Dustin’s wedding next fall. Luckily they decided to do an engagement session today, at the always beautiful Cascades. The weather held up and it ended up being the perfect session.

My second time photographing the U13 North End Flames was even more fun than the first. This time around we did the portrait on ice, and I just love how they turned out. Of course, I made sure to get a lot of action and candid photos as well.
