Makaila + Family Portraits - Cascades
I’ve stopped counting how many sessions I have done with Makaila and Lucas over the years, which is a good thing. As each year passes, Lucas keeps growing and getting more and more of a personality. He ran the show once again this time, as we were back again at Cascades.
Nikolas + Family Portraits - Tree Farm
It wasn't easy, but Nikolas and his family managed to get his grandparents out for a quick portrait session at the Tree Farm. It was a very sweet and funny session. I did my best to get a smile out of his grandmother, and I succeeded a couple times. His grandfather had the best catchphrase too, responding with the occasional ‘oh brother!’ when asked to do something. All in all, good times out at the Tree Farm.
Kim + Family Portraits - Boundary Drive
I’m so lucky to have families that I get to capture photos of as the years go by. They are definitely the most fun sessions. One of the reasons I enjoy them so much is watching how the kids grow up, and how their personalities change. It’s just such a joy. Kim and her family are one of my favourites, and this session was an absolute blast, out in the country where some of them live. Check out some of the highlights below.
Joelle + Family Portraits - Birch Beach
Some of my favourite portrait sessions are the ones out at camp on the lake. It’s impossible not to come away with great photos. It of course helps when photographing beautiful and fun families like Joelle’s. I’m so happy they invited me out for a family session. I love how the photos turned out.
