Throughout the 5 day summer enrichment program this summer, Teach For Canada asked me to come out a couple hours each day to capture some of the workshops. It’s always a great time and I came away with a lot of great moments.

I had the pleasure of photographing the Healing Energy Gold Classic at Whitewater Golf Club hosted by Chi Mino Ozhitoowin LP.

The Thunder Bay Lacrosse League asked me to come out to the annual showcase game to help capture some photos for their online presence. I had a blast doing so!

CDVMP Ground Blessing & Announcement Ceremonies

Lakehead University in partnership with University of Guelph’s Ontario Veterinary College hosted a milestone event yesterday that I was so happy to be a part of. It was the Collaborative Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Program ground breaking ceremony.

“A ground blessing ceremony led by Elder Gene Nowegejick and attended by university leadership, donors, and government partners on Lakehead's Thunder Bay campus signalled the ceremonial start of construction for a new animal education facility that will open in 2027. The event celebrated the newly confirmed Indigenous name for the future facility: Gakina Awesiinyag, from the Anishinaabemowin language, translating to All Animals (Place For).”
