Kaylee + Carter Portrait Session - Centennial Park
Kaylee + Carter are two beautiful kids that I have been capturing every year for over 7 years now. Each time is even more fun than the last. The snow at Centennial Park started falling just in time too. So the weather was perfect!

Kaylee + Carter Portraits - Baseball Central
It was that time of year for my annual session with Kaylee and Carter. This time around Lincoln and Vicki picked a slightly different location in Baseball Central. The main reason being for the nice fall colours surrounding the park, and secondly, because it has a lot of memories too.

Lincoln and I played baseball at this park when we were young, and Lincoln still helps look after it to this day too. It had been well over 20 years since I have been back here and it felt good to see it again. It’s definitely changed a lot, for the better, since when I was young.
Kaylee and Carter were as energetic as always which made for some great candid photos, along with a few posed ones too. I’m pretty sure Carter yelled the whole time, but that’s just what he does. I love how the photos turned out and I can’t wait until next years session!
Kaylee + Carter Portraits - Jumbo Gardens
I’ve been photographing Kaylee and Carter for over 6 years now. It’s amazing to see how fast they are growing up. Much to the dismay of Lincoln and Vicky, Carter is also talking non stop! But I guess he just has a lot to say. :)

Kaylee + Carter Portraits - Tree Farm
Kaylee and Carter are definitely one of those sessions I always look forward to. It’s so rewarding and extremely fun to see families grow up over the years. I still can’t believe just how much Carter has grown since the last time!

Kaylee + Carter Portraits - Chippewa Park
Each time I photograph Kaylee and Carter I’m absolutely amazed at how big they keep getting. Time just flies doesn’t it? My latest session with them was a 30 minute one at Chippewa Park. It was plenty of time to come away with some memorable moments. Carter was shy for the first 10 seconds and then he pretty much ran the show. He now holds the record for the most time someone has said ‘cheese’ in one of my session.

I’m already looking forward to the next session with these two!
Carter + Kaylee Portraits - Friendship Gardens
This was my third session with Carter and Kaylee and this time around we chose to do the portraits at Friendship Gardens. Each time I photograph them, I'm amazed at just how fast they grow up. The entire session was basically everyone following Carter around while he screamed at the birds. Suffice it to say, he had a great time. Even with a few falls here and there he recovered instantly. Luckily, Kaylee was able to keep him in line for a few posed shots here and there.

Fall is by far my favourite time of year for portraits. The colours are just so beautiful and easy to come away with great photos. I simply can't wait until next years session and see how much bigger both Carter and Kaylee get. Thanks as always to Lincoln and Vicki for letting me spend 30 minutes with their beautiful children!
