Krista + Joshua Wedding
One of my last weddings of the year was in the country and the weather was absolutely perfect. Krista and Joshua’s wedding was a small intimate affair with their closest friends and family. The ceremony itself took place outside with an amazing backdrop. One of the highlights for me were Krista’s two dogs wandering around and being a part of the ceremony. So very cute.
Kim + Family Portraits - Boundary Drive
I’m so lucky to have families that I get to capture photos of as the years go by. They are definitely the most fun sessions. One of the reasons I enjoy them so much is watching how the kids grow up, and how their personalities change. It’s just such a joy. Kim and her family are one of my favourites, and this session was an absolute blast, out in the country where some of them live. Check out some of the highlights below.
Kimberly + Family Portraits
Kimberly and her family invited me out to their house in the country to capture some portraits of everyone and I’m so glad I had the opportunity to do so. The drive out there was beautiful and once I pulled into the driveway and saw the house I was amazed how beautiful it was too! I knocked on the door and was greeted by Kimberly. Everyone was just finishing up getting ready so I used those few minutes to scope out the property and look for interesting backdrops which was definitely very easy to come by.
Brandon + Rachael Wedding
Brandon and Rachael were my last wedding in August and it couldn't have been a more beautiful day. I arrived as they the guys were anxiously waiting for the guests, and eventually Rachael, to arrive. It gave me a chance to get accustomed to the venue, and of course, capture a ton of candid photos of all the guests arriving. Once all the guests arrived, that was when Rachael also made her way to the venue. I was able to get some really good getting ready photos once she was in her dress and before I knew it, it was time for the ceremony to start.
