Lisa + Claudio Wedding - The Chanterelle
Lisa and Claudio finally got to celebrate their wedding earlier this week. After a few postponements, I’m so thankful it still happened like they wanted it to. It was a very small and intimate wedding at The Chanterelle, which ended up being perfect. The ceremony itself was short and sweet. Anyone who knows Lisa and Claudio, would not be surprised the attention to detail for everything about the wedding.

From the decor at the Chanterelle, to their wedding attire, to the locations we used afterwards for the portraits. The theme was definitely red, and it made my life very easy to capture stunning photos. Of course, Lisa and Claudio, looked amazing.
I’m just so grateful that I was able to be part of their special day, after what seems to be a long wait for this wedding to happen. it goes to show you though, with a little patience, the payoff can exceed your initial expectations. I think that is exactly what happened here. Congratulations to a wonderful couple!
Lisa + Claudio Pre Wedding Celebration
Lisa and Claudio were supposed to get married this past weekend, but because of what is going on, it had to be pushed back until May. Well, that didn’t stop Lisa from still doing something special this weekend, which is exactly what she did. The result, I very small and intimate together with her closest friends. Seeing as how I’m her wedding photographer, she asked if I was interested in capturing an hour or so of the small celebration. I of course said yes!

It was Lisa, Claudio and her bridesmaid in Lisa and Claudio’s beautiful backyard. There was champagne, decorations and of course wine and snacks. Over the course of an hour, a few of her closer friends dropped by to say hello.
It goes without saying, that both Lisa and Claudio got completely dressed up, which made for such amazing photos. She reminded me that I haven’t seen nothing yet, and that the wedding would be even better. I can’t wait for it to arrive, because I know it will be truly epic.
Being able to photograph Lisa and Claudio this past weekend felt so good. It hasn’t been the busiest year with clients so I’m very excited to have some sort of wedding and portrait season this summer. Hopefully this is a sign of things to come!
