Any time I get to take photos of Helen’s amazing work, it’s just an amazing experience. Mary Creations - Birch Bark Baby Bag

Mary from Mary Creations once again asked me to photograph another original piece of hers. This time it was a birch bark baby bag that should will be giving away as a gift. It’s hard to really appreciate the detail and craftsmanship without seeing it up close and in person.

Helen Pelletier - 'Dagwagani Mawandochige'

Once again I got the opportunity to photograph one of Helen Pelletier’s birch bark pieces. This one is called ‘Dagwagani Mawandochige’, which means fall gathering. It’s a winter birch bark 30-30 rifle holder. I say this every time, but it’s probably her best work to date.
