Another one of my favourite events of the year is the Fort William First Nation Culture Camp. It’s a 5 day event that takes place out at Chippewa Park.

“This gathering brings together youth, families, Elders, and Knowledge Carriers to learn, share, and celebrate traditional teachings through hide preparation, hunting and trapping, tool making, sewing, language, land-based learning, traditional cooking, storytelling, arts, and ceremony.”
