You may have noticed that I have described my wedding as 'documentary'. This term is thrown around a lot in all aspects of photography. Over the years I my style of photography has evolved and to be honest, it still is. So what does documentary mean when applied to wedding photography? It's simple, I am there to tell your wedding story using my vision and unique perspective.

Instead of trying to direct each every photo, I capture the moments as they come. I'm not there to tell you to move a foot to the left, smile, and pose. There will always be some formal portraits on the wedding day, but best photos and most memorable are the photos that you don't even realize are happening.

I could go on and on about how I photograph or my 'style' but what it comes down to are the photos. If my style of photography resonates with you and you envision your wedding day being documented the same way, then I encourage you to ask me any questions you may have. Without further ado, here are 25 of my favourite photos from 2016.
